ATC2K Oregon Scientific ATC 2k Action Cam Flash Memory Camcorder ...
Received this camera as a gift. Idea was to ride my ski helmet and be able to easily shoot video while skiing without removing gloves. What a failure. Several reasons:
1. Mounting accessories are weak and not very well thought out. We expect a helmet camera would be able to ride on a surface * * round (the helmet is not round?). This thing is impossible to mount it to point at least the right direction. 3. There is no way to turn off the screen while the camera is on standby (ie, ready to take video). As a consequence, runs across the two AA batteries in less than half an hour - without shooting any video. This is even worse because it is almost impossible to use the on / off, even with gloves. It is small, and must be pressed very hard (ideally, with a ballpoint pen.)
In general, I wish I had not come to this. I feel bad my brother spent the money on a useless piece of technology.
